Elevation of the Finger Lakes Ranch is 1000 feet above sea level at the base
and 2000 feet above sea level at the mountain top.
The contour map depicts the slope of the Finger Lakes Ranch hunting reserve land area.
Close together lines represent steep slopes and lines that are far apart represent flat areas.
The  glacial ravines can also clearly be seen in the map. 
Each line of contour is 20 feet of elevation.
